Penny Lane™ was the Rose of the Year in England in 1998 and the first continually blooming Climber to ever receive this top award. She pushes out blooms of an old fashioned-style, that are fully double, 4 " in diameter. Her honey-champagne colored flowers are very fragrant and blush to a pearl color in hot weather. Penny Lane™’s blossoms are borne individually and sometimes in sprays.
