A short upright bush of just 3’ x 2’, Painted Moon generously offers up blooms of red with a bright yellow center and mild fragrance. The bush has semi-glossy, medium green foliage decorated with 5" blooms with over 40 petals. Painted Moon performs excellently in pots and grows well in zones 6-10.
