Greenspire is a perfect, winter hardy variety of hydrangea with conical flowerheads that emerge from July through late fall. As the white petals mature they develop a greenish huge, finally aging to pink for a wonderful array of fall color. Not only is Greenspire winter hardy, it can also thrive in full sun and will give you loads of blooms on the 6" tall bush when it reaches maturity. One of the only hydrangea varieties to be mildly drought-tolerant, it also blooms on new wood so there is no need to worry about those late spring frosts.
