This exceptionally fragrant Moss Rose was introduced in 1856 and features light pink blossoms with lilac shading. General Kleber’s 4” blossoms are large and very quartered in form with 100+ petals. He is a once-blooming rose in spring or summer with unique mossed buds. This rose can be trained as a Climber or left as a Shrub.
